I've started my lovely pet photography side business now and it is so much fun, mainly because I get to play with more puppies. These are the photos I did the other day of Jasmine Jackson, the dog of one of the guys I work with at Ray White. Off to a good start with the pet photography I'd say.

Additionally, I have signed my office up to participate in the RSPCA's Cupcake Day on August 16th. This past weekend I convinced my friend Shelley Ray to let me photograph her, she has this very natural appeal and the best accessories ever. We got some great shots in my studio and down on Pine Island and these are my current favourites from the day.

Fairy Tales in Real Life

I have a fascination with enchantment and fairy tales that started, well, a long time ago. Recently I've become very interested in how fairy tales fit into real life, they seem out of place in this modern world and that is what my new series is looking at, how fairy tales fit into my grown up, disillusioned life.

I am giving myself a Gimme week with the 52 Week project this week, being absolutely slammed at work and running around trying to prepare for a 4th of July party on Saturday I didn't even have time to bake anything except from a box. So that is going to be a break week for me, but it means I'll come back with something even better this coming week so stay tuned for that and Happy 4th of July!
